Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

3. No Refunds After Service Delivery
Once a service is rendered or a digital product is downloaded/accessed, refunds will generally not be provided, except as required by Swiss or EU consumer protection laws.
4. Event or Appointment Cancellations (if applicable)
If you registered for an event, consultation, or session:
